WGP 73

The time has come to kick off the 2024 season of WGP Kickboxing.

And right at the first event of the year, there's a card that promises plenty of excitement for the fans of the sport. On March 23rd, WGP 73 arrives to start the year in the city of São José dos Pinhais, next to Curitiba, in Paraná. In the main event of the night, the Welterweight champion, Petros Cabelinho, defends his title once again, now against the challenger Márcio de Jesus, who is coming off a great phase in the event. 

In the co-main event of the night, we have a major debut. The former UFC Brazilian athlete Jennifer Maia makes her debut at home against the Argentine Yanet 'La Maldita' Maestrojuan, for the interim title in the Women's Lightweight division.
